The General Assembly

The General Assembly is the Association’s supreme body, comprising all members. The convening of the organisation shall occur at least once per year for the purpose of the performance of its functions.

At least one month in advance, the Executive Committee is responsible for notifying all members of the General Assembly of the date, location and agenda.

The General Assembly is responsible for:

– Approving reports on the Association’s activities and finances;

– Electing members of the Executive Committee;

– Voting on the Association’s strategic direction and key decisions.

For a General Assembly to be validly held, a quorum of at least 10% of members must be present.

An extraordinary general assembly may be convened at the written request of at least 10% of members.
