Governing body accountable to the Assembly; oversees strategy, risk, ethics, and financial stewardship; appoints committees; monitors delivery and compliance against agreed plans, KPIs, and codes.
Executive Board
Operational leadership team; executes board strategy, manages programs and staff, coordinates working groups, and reports progress, risks, and finances with clear roles, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
